Nhóm Quần vợt Calgary của Việt Nam là một cộng đồng những người đam mê quần vợt có chung niềm đam mê với môn thể thao này và di sản văn hóa của họ. Nhóm được thành lập vào năm 2015 bởi một nhóm bạn muốn tạo không gian cho mọi người chơi quần vợt, giao lưu và kết nối. Nhóm chào đón người chơi ở mọi cấp độ, từ người mới bắt đầu đến nâng cao và tổ chức các sự kiện thường xuyên như giải đấu, phòng khám, hoạt động xã hội và gây quỹ. Nhóm cũng nhằm mục đích quảng bá môn thể thao quần vợt trong cộng đồng người Việt và hỗ trợ các hoạt động địa phương mang lại lợi ích cho người dân Việt Nam tại Calgary. Nhóm dành cho bất kỳ ai muốn tham gia, bất kể nguồn gốc hay sắc tộc của họ. Phương châm của nhóm là “Chơi tennis, vui chơi và kết bạn”.d
The Vietnamese group of Calgary Tennis is a community of tennis enthusiasts who share a common passion for the sport and their cultural heritage. The group was founded in 2015 by a group of friends who wanted to create a space for the people to play tennis, socialize and network. The group welcomes players of all levels, from beginners to advanced, and organizes regular events such as tournaments, clinics, socials and fundraisers. The group also aims to promote the sport of tennis among the Vietnamese community and to support local causes that benefit the Vietnamese people in Calgary. The group is open to anyone who is interested in joining, regardless of their background or ethnicity. The group’s motto is “Play tennis, have fun and make friends”.
