Quán Bụi is a restaurant group that aims to enrich Vietnamese food culture by serving authentic and delicious dishes in a cozy and elegant setting. Quán Bụi was founded in 2011, at a time when Western cuisine and fast food were dominating the market. Quán Bụi wanted to bring back the traditional flavors of Vietnamese home cooking, using fresh and quality ingredients, and presenting them in a modern and appealing way. Quán Bụi has four branches in Ho Chi Minh City, each with its own distinctive style and menu. Quán Bụi offers a variety of dishes, from salads and soups, to noodles and rice, to grilled and fried specialties. Some of the signature dishes include Gỏi Bụi (Quán Bụi salad), gỏi bò bóp thấu (beef salad with lime dressing), cá kho tộ (braised fish in clay pot), and bánh xèo (crispy rice pancake). Quán Bụi also has a selection of vegetarian and vegan options, as well as desserts and drinks. Quán Bụi is more than just a restaurant, it is a place where you can enjoy the rich and diverse culinary heritage of Vietnam, with your family and friends.
