The restaurant was founded in 1992 by Mr. Tien, who moved to Hanoi from his native southern Vietnam. He wanted to share his passion for cooking and his family recipes with Hanoians and visitors from all over the world. Pho Tien Hanoi is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, near Hoan Kiem Lake and the Temple of Literature. The restaurant offers a cozy and elegant atmosphere with wooden furniture, lanterns and paintings reflecting the culture and history of Vietnam. The menu has a variety of dishes such as spring rolls, grilled pork, vermicelli, salads and desserts. However, the highlight of the restaurant is the pho, made with fresh ingredients and a rich broth that has been simmered for many hours.
