Phở Chào

Phở Chào is a noodle restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It is one of the few restaurants in the city to be awarded a Bib Gourmand by the MICHELIN Guide for its good quality and value for money. The restaurant is run by Mama Dung, who learned her grandmother’s recipe for a light, clean and pure broth from the northern city of Nam Dinh. The restaurant offers a wide choice of beef bone broth or chicken broth, and some of the standout dishes include pho bong hoa, with crispy medium-rare beef, and ga tom cha ma Dung, which is crispy fried chicken. The restaurant also serves pho tin, a creative Western-style pho dish, with golden fried potatoes, beef noodle soup and cheese.
