Nhà hai hành is a Vietnamese bistro in Prague that offers a unique way of dining called mâm. The main dishes are usually rice, thịt kho (caramelized meat), dưa chua thịt bò (beef with pickled radish), thịt lợn quay giòn (roasted pork belly with crispy skin) and canh (broth). The owners of Nhà hai hành are a Czech-Vietnamese couple who fell in love with Vietnamese cuisine and culture during their travels and visits to the wife’s family. They opened their family bistro to share their passion and introduce Vietnamese culture on a plate.
