Located in the exact same location as Gem Dining in Fountain Valley, CA, Nếp Cafe operates as Gem’s brunch program during the day. The concept originally emerged during the height of the pandemic, where the Kei Concepts team wanted to provide an answer for an outdoor eating experience like no other.
