Bún Thịt Nướng Hoàng Văn is a street food restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, that specializes in rice noodles with grilled pork. It is one of the restaurants in the 2023 MICHELIN Guide Vietnam, which praises its “contrasting textures and flavours” and its “tangy sweet dressing” with a spring roll, lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, carrot, peanuts and scallion. The restaurant only serves one dish, but it does it very well. It is open every day from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm and only accepts cash payments.
