Sandwich Saigon is a restaurant in Singapore that specializes in authentic Vietnamese sandwiches, also known as Bánh Mì. The restaurant was founded in 2011 by Kelly, whose family runs a Bánh Mì factory in Vietnam. Kelly wanted to share her family’s recipe and passion for Vietnamese cuisine with the people of Singapore. Sandwich Saigon bakes its own baguettes from scratch every morning, using fresh dough and ingredients imported from Vietnam. The sandwiches are filled with various meats, such as pork belly, pork chop, and Vietnamese ham, as well as pickled vegetables, coriander, chili peppers, pâté, and mayonnaise. Sandwich Saigon also offers other traditional Vietnamese dishes, such as broken rice, rice noodle soup, fresh spring rolls, and fried spring rolls. Sandwich Saigon is located at 93 East Coast Road, opposite 112 Katong mall and Old Hong Kong Tea House. The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm, and on Saturday and Sunday, 11:30 am to 10:00 pm. Sandwich Saigon is a great place to enjoy a delicious and healthy meal with a touch of Saigon flavor.
